This hybrid mattress is designed for real comfort without compromising firm support. The thick organic woollen sleeping layers combine with the advanced micro pocket springs for adaptive support from the surface to the core of this mattress, so that sleeping partners of different heights and weights are equally comfortable and remain supported.

A central core of 2000 pocket springs provides firm support and is cushioned by 4000 advanced mini pocket springs that support the back, shoulders, and hips—no matter what the preferred sleeping position is.

The organic wool fillers are naturally resilient and resistant to dust mites, making it hypoallergenic. Along with a 100% Egyptian cotton cover and natural fire retardants, this is a perfect choice for those with allergies and sensitive skin. Organic wool breathes brilliantly well, wicks away moisture, and regulates body temperature better than anything else. That's why we never use sweaty, toxic, and environmentally damaging foams or latex.

The GOTS-certified British wool we use maintains perfect flexibility within the wool fibres so that the strands bounce back again and again, crucial to enhancing the properties of wool, helping it to:

  • Wick away moisture, removing heat when you're hot and insulating you when you're cold.
  • Reduce the moisture held in your mattress, vastly increasing the healthy airflow and creating a mould-free internal environment.
  • Completely deter dust mites from being in or breeding on the organic wool, reducing dust mites' faeces, which cause asthma and allergies.
  • Naturally resist bacteria and fungus growth.

Most manufacturers will not use organic wool because of the prohibitive cost, especially as it is much harder to machine, prepare, and manage—but we know it's well worth it!

When purchasing a natural mattress with no foams or rubber latex materials inside, one is confronted with a brand-new smell. Instead of it being the scent of glue, rubber, or foam, this mattress will smell of a beautiful field with horses. The smell dissipates quickly and poses absolutely no harm from 'forever chemicals' found in man-made foams, chemical fire retardant sprays, rubber, latex, glue, and so on.

All of the wool within our mattresses is from British sheep and has been GOTS-certified!
